Albany — As a part of her final budget proposal in her tenure as the Mayor of Albany, Kathy Sheehan proposed $500,000 for a “Youth Support Hub” pilot program.
Sheehan, who is stepping down at the end of the year, says the proposal is a result of hearing from residents and stakeholders looking for more resources for youth in the city.
