October is ADHD Awareness Month: doctors say early diagnosis can make a difference

October is ADHD Awareness Month, and this year’s theme, “The Many Faces of ADHD,” highlights how differently the condition can look from one person to another.

Dr. Jim Saperstone from Community Care Pediatrics in Guilderland says ADHD is one of the most common mental health conditions in children, but many cases still go undiagnosed.
