Mechanicville, NY (WRGB) — A Mechanicville woman was arrested after police say she was found unconscious behind the wheel of a vehicle stopped in traffic on October 14.
According to the Mechanicville Police Department, officers responded around 1:30 PM on October 14 to reports of an unresponsive driver near the intersection of Ellsworth Avenue and South Street. Responding officers located the vehicle and found 35-year-old Jessica Hayner behind the wheel.
