Colonie Police and Saratoga County Sheriff’s Deputies raided the Econo Lodge Inn Suites in Colonie Saturday night. Sources tell NewsChannel 13 that this was a part of the search for Joseph Hess.
32-year-old Joseph Hess of Frankfurt, NY is the man accused of robbing a 76-year-old woman at the McDonald’s parking lot in Ballston this past Thursday. Saratoga County Sheriff’s Deputies said during the robbery he stole the woman’s pocketbook and then ran over her with his car. That woman was transported to the hospital with compound leg fractures.
