WATERVLIET, N.Y. (WNYT) – The city of Watervliet has launched a campaign to build a memorial to honor the water plant operator killed in a wrong-way crash on 787 and other employees who have died.
Eric Hurley, 38, died early the morning of Oct. 12, after his car was struck by another driver.
