Albany, NY (WRGB) — The murder case against Lorenz Kraus is moving forward – we just sat down with Albany County District Attorney Lee Kindlon who has revealed some new details.
Kraus confessed to CBS6 to murdering his parents — he told US he cut off their flow of oxygen and buried them in the backyard of their home on Crestwood Court in Albany. It happened eight years ago but just came to light in recent weeks as authorities were investigating the parents’ social security payments, which they say Lorenz Kraus was taking all these years.
