ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Police arrested three Albany men on Thursday after an illegal weapon investigation. Robert Fallen, 20, Lashawn Taylor, 26, and Lamier Gross, 22, all face felony firearm charges.

Albany Police executed a search warrant at a home on the 400 block of Hudson Avenue near South Lake Avenue around 10:40 a.m. on Thursday in connection to an ongoing investigation in the vicinity. Detectives took Fallen into custody as he was trying to leave the building, reportedly finding him in possession of a loaded handgun.
Law enforcement then executed a second warrant at a residence on Ontario Street’s 100 block, near Bradford Street. During the search, police located a rifle and another loaded handgun, resulting in the arrest of Taylor, who was in the dwelling at the time.

Gross was taken into custody in the area of Ontario and Benson Streets after being identified as a connected suspect. At the time of his arrest, officers allegedly found him with a loaded handgun.
Fallen, Taylor, and Gross were all charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, while Fallen and Gross were additionally charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. All three men were held at the Albany County Jail after being arraigned at Albany City Criminal Court…
