ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) – The attorney for the Albany man accused of killing his parents and burying their bodies in the backyard of his home said she has not made a decision whether to try to get his TV confession thrown out.
Lorenz Kraus allegedly killed Franz and Theresia Kraus at 6 Crestwood Court. It happened sometime between July 2017 and September 2017, according to court documents.
