ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Stewart’s Shops around the Capital Region are offering a bigger treat than candy on Halloween. Customers who stop at Stewarts Shops on October 31 can get a 99-cent ice cream cone.

Ice cream lovers can get a taste of fall with a scoop of Pumpkin Pie or Philly Apple Pie, or stick to the convenience store’s staple flavors such as Peanut Butter Pandemonium, Mint Cookie Crumble, and more. Although Halloween is typically a day for candy, officials with the company said they’ve got over 20 flavors ready to be chosen at the ice cream counter.
Recently, Stewart’s Shops was awarded the best ice cream and milk in the state at the New York State Fair for the fourth consecutive year. The 2025 recognition marks the 10th time the company has been awarded for having the best milk in New York in the last 20 years.
