ALBANY, NY — State Police assigned to the Troop G Community Stabilization Unit arrested a man on a weapon charge.
Kye A. Washburn, 26, of Schenectady, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and vehicle and traffic law violations.
