JOHNSTOWN, N.Y. (WRGB) — The Johnstown Police Department has charged a Watervliet man with the rape of a teenaged girl.
Police say Benjamin Randall, 23, was caught in a car with the 15-year-old girl in the parking lot of St. Mary Family Health Center in Johnstown on October 21.
