STOWE, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) – The federal government has confirmed it seek the death penalty for Theodore Bland, who is suspected of killing two men and leaving their bodies in Eden two years ago.
Jahim Solomon, 21, of Pittsfield, and Eric White, 21, of Chicopee were allegedly shot and killed on October 12, 2023. Their bodies were discovered almost two weeks later following an “expansive search.”

Bland pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including unlawful firearm possession, last year, for which he was sentenced to 14 months in prison. He pleaded not guilty to homicide.
