ALBANY — Emergency crews responded to a fire that began late in the afternoon Sunday on Lark Street that burned out the upper floors of a building and damaged a business on the ground floor.
Photos from the scene showed flames shooting from a second-story window and smoke streaming from upper-level windows near the front of the building near Spring Street. The first floor houses Bitchin’ Donuts, a pastry shop with a colorful facade at 193 Lark St.
