ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — A traffic stop led to gun and drug charges for an Albany man.
Ronald Stewart, 39, was stopped at Central Avenue and Manning Square just before 10:15 a.m. Monday.
Police say he had a gun with a defaced serial number in his car, plus 14.5 grams of crack cocaine, a digital scale, and numerous plastic bags…
