TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A man was detained Tuesday afternoon after police said he struggled with a sheriff’s deputy.

Around 3:30 p.m., Troy police were called to the area of 4th and Harrison Streets for a reported disturbance. A Rensselaer County sheriff’s deputy was nearby and tried to intervene. However, a man began struggling with the deputy.
The suspect was detained without further incident.
The others involved in the disturbance have been uncooperative. The incident remains under investigation…
