Albany man found guilty in I-787 shooting

ALBANY — An Albany man has been convicted of attempted murder and other charges after he shot a man near an Interstate 787 exit ramp last year.

Zacceus Cancer was convicted after a five-day trial, the Albany County District Attorney’s Office announced in a statement Wednesday.
