The alleged attack happened around 11 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, near Bootleggers on Broadway at 200 Broadway, according to Troy Police.
Officers responded to reports of a disturbance outside the bar and found the victim with a neck wound. The man’s injuries were not life-threatening, and he is expected to be discharged from the hospital following treatment, police said.
