STILLWATER, N.Y. (NEWS10) — An Arizona man has been arrested in connection to the death of a Stillwater woman in 2024, according to the Stillwater Police Department. Kyle Bliss, 36, faces numerous felony charges.

Authorities said Bliss was employed as the full-time home health care aide of 67-year-old Jean Bull. He is accused of engaging in reckless and neglectful conduct while providing care to her, ultimately leading to her death in November 2024.
Bliss was reportedly taken into custody by members of the Stillwater Police Department on Friday at a detention center in Brisbee, Arizona. He has been charged with the following:

- Second-degree manslaughter (Class C felony)
- Criminally negligent homicide (Class E felony)
- First-degree endangering the welfare of a vulnerable elderly person or an incompetent or physically disabled person (Class D felony)
- First-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person (Class E felony)
- Third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle (Class A misdemeanor)
- Second-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person (Class A misdemeanor)
Bliss has been turned over to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility, where he is being held pending further proceedings in Saratoga County Court. Stay with NEWS10 for updates into this case.
