CLIFTON PARK, NY (WRGB) — A Mechanicville man was arrested early Saturday morning for multiple charges as a result of a car crash.
According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, Thomas Fogarty, 51, of Mechanicville was driving southbound in a 2022 Toyota pickup truck on Pierce Road in Clifton Park around 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
He is accused of failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Pierce Road and Kinns Road; Fogarty also failed to pull over for a marked Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputy that was traveling westbound on Kinns Road…
