MOREAU, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Hudson Falls man was arrested for a third time after he allegedly raped a child in the town of Moreau, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. Shannon Piper, 47, faces a felony charge.

Piper is accused of engaging in vaginal sexual contact with a child less than 17 years old in Moreau on September 22. The 47-year-old was arrested on Friday after bonding out of Washington County Jail on similar charges.
He has been charged with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child, the sheriff’s office said. He had faced similar charges in Warren County in October as well.
Piper was arraigned in the Town of Moreau Court. The 47-year-old reportedly posted bond and was released pending further proceedings…
