Deputies arrest driver with 0.19% BAC after early morning crash

Saratoga County, NY (WRGB) — A Ballston Spa man was arrested early Saturday morning after an investigation into a crash in the town of Charlton, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to a report of an ‘unknown motor vehicle crash’ around 2:18 a.m. on Stage Road. Their investigation led to the arrest of 33-year-old Glenn Aube of Ballston Spa on multiple charges.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Aube was driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.19% when deputies say he failed to navigate the intersection of Stage Road and Lake Hill Road, drove off the north side of the roadway, and struck several trees.
