ALBANY — A Troy woman will serve one and a third to four years in state prison after pleading guilty to criminally negligent homicide in the death of a 60-year-old woman last August.
Albany County Court Judge William Little sentenced Jacklyn Parker on Monday to prison for causing the crash that killed Colleen Selkirk, 60, according to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.
Parker was driving north on River Road about 5 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2024, when her vehicle crossed the center line and struck Selkirk’s vehicle. Selkirk, of Hannacroix, was pronounced dead at the scene…
