Kendall L. Clark was noticeably intoxicated
COEYMANS – On Sunday, Nov. 9, at approximately 11:54 a.m. State Police stopped a vehicle on Route 9W in Coeymans.
The driver was identified as Kendall L. Clark, 52 of Ravena and Troopers observed signs of intoxication.
Clark was arrested for DWI and other vehicle and traffic law violations. He was transported to the New Scotland barracks for processing where he recorded a 0.08 percent BAC.
