Northumberland, NY (WRGB — A Schuylerville man is behind bars after deputies say he assaulted a victim and stole a cellphone during a domestic incident in Northumberland.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to Route 32 North around 4:57 p.m. on Nov. 25, for an active domestic complaint.
According to investigators, 39-year-old Seth Ledger forcibly took a mobile phone from the victim and intentionally caused physical injury, all while violating an order of protection.
