ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — An Albany man has been arrested and charged in connection with two stabbings that happened in early November. Kyle Henderson, 38, is accused of killing a man and severely injuring a woman.

The Albany Police Department reported responding to two different stabbing incidents in early November, one on November 2 and one on November 4. Police said in the Nov. 2 stabbing, Henderson stabbed a woman in the upper left thigh and lacerated her femoral artery in the area of Lark Street and Spring Street.
In the Nov. 4 stabbing, Henderson is accused of stabbing 34-year-old Edward Ponder multiple times in the area of Robin Street and Bradford Street. Ponder succumbed to his injuries.
Law enforcement said Henderson was found on November 5 in Schenectady and taken into custody for attempted murder, but evidence discovered later on connected him to Ponder’s death. The suspect pleaded not guilty on Monday and was placed in the Albany County Correctional Facility…
