ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The New York Secretary of State was at Albany High School Wednesday to highlight trade programs the Department of State offers. The secretary discussed barbering and the other professional licenses and certifications the department issues.

“If I don’t have confidence in them then who is going to have confidence in them? And as an adult, and as an adult role model, we have to provide them with those opportunities, whether they succeed or fail, understanding that ultimately it’s our job to usher them through their success as well as their failures so that they can learn from both experiences,” said Mosley.
