A traffic stop in the Capital Region led to the arrest of an out-of-state man after police discovered a loaded handgun and a large-capacity magazine inside his vehicle, authorities announced.
The traffic stop happened at around 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, when troopers stopped a vehicle on Edison Avenue in Schenectady for a traffic violation, New York State Police said on Friday, Dec. 5.
