1 sent to hospital after car crashes into Troy building

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — One person has been arrested after allegedly crashing their car into a Troy building Friday night, according to authorities. The incident reportedly occurred in the area of Pawling Avenue and Linden Avenue.

Troy police officers responded to the scene just after 9:20 p.m. Authorities said a car traveling southbound on Pawling Avenue had crashed and rolled into the porch of a building.

The driver of the car was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and arrested for driving while intoxicated, officials said. No other injuries were reported.
