SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Charcuterie boards have become a mainstay appetizer for holiday parties and get togethers. For those looking to bring their grazing boards from gouda to great, Market 32 and Price Chopper have launched a new “How 2 Charcuterie” series.

Coming as a partnership with Boar’s Head, the experience will bring free in-store demos and tastings to select stores across the Capital Region, Massachusetts and Vermont. Participants will be able to learn about Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, pairing ideas and assembly techniques.
“Charcuterie boards have become a modern holiday staple because they’re delicious, customizable, and make entertaining fun,”said Blaine Bringhurst, Market 32 and Price Chopper president. “Through this unique, limited-time program with Boar’s Head, we’re excited to offer customers an engaging in-store experience that will help inspire them to create a memorable spread by using the same high-quality ingredients they can find in our stores year-round.”

Each “How 2 Charcuterie” event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The series kicked off on Saturday, December 6, and will continue through December 21 at the following Market 32 locations:
