CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Ballston Lake man was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly strangled a minor, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. Ronald Kochon, 56, faces several charges.

Just before 6:40 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of an active domestic incident on Ballston Lake Road. During the reported incident, Kochon had allegedly choked a child under the age of 17 years old.
The victim was taken to the hospital for a non-life-threatening injury, authorities said. Kochon was charged with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
The 56-year-old was arraigned in the Clifton Park Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending future proceedings…
