TROY — A 43-year-old man was shot by a possible stranger early Tuesday by at a public housing complex, according to city police.
Authorities were called at 5 a.m. to Samaritan Hospital, where they found the man with a gunshot wound in one arm. He arrived at the hospital after being shot at Griswold Heights Apartments and is expected to recover, police said.
