Troy, NY (WRGB) — Troy Police say a 17-year-old has been arrested in connection with a shooting that injured a man early Tuesday morning.
Officers were called around 5 a.m. to Samaritan Hospital, where a 43-year-old man walked in with non-life-threatening injuries to his arm. He told police he had been shot just before arriving at the hospital, in the area of the Griswold Heights Apartments.
