TROY — Troy Police say a teenager is responsible for a shooting that sent a 43-year-old man to the hospital on Tuesday.
The alleged shooter was charged with attempted murder, attempted robbery and weapons possession about nine hours after the man walked into Samaritan Hospital with a gunshot wound to his arm.
Police did not release the defendant’s name due to his age…
