SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10)– The Schenectady County Manager Rory Fluman has been placed on administrative leave until the end of the year, officials confirmed Thursday.

Fluman has been in the position since early 2020. Prior to being appointed to the position, Fluman served on the Schenectady County Legislature from 2014 until his resignation in April 2019.
According to the county, his latest county manager term will expire on December 31.
Officials said Deputy County Manager Jennifer Bargy will be performing his duties “until the Legislature takes further action.” The county did not give a reason as to why Fluman was placed on leave…
