ALBANY, NY — Three people were arrested Dec. 2 after state police located a stolen vehicle on North Manning Avenue.
Robert K. Bigness, 38, of Valatie, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, a class E felony; grand larceny in the fourth degree; driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs or of alcohol and any drug or drugs; and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree.
Jude J. Roy, 39, of Rensselaer, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, a class E felony; two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor; and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor…
