Police responded to the crash at 10:30 p.m. Nov. 28
LOUDONVILLE — Colonie police responded to a property damage crash on Albany Shaker Road at 10:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 28 and an investigation found the driver to be impaired.
According to reports, the driver, a 54-year-old Loudonville man, displayed signs of impairment, police said. He was given and failed some tests before the man refused all other tests.
He was taken into custody and charged with DWI and operating with a suspended license, both misdemeanors, and ticketed for drinking in a motor vehicle, refusing to take a breath test, and not having a left side mirror…
