MALTA, NY — A Ballston Spa man was arrested Thursday on a charge of third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony.
Christopher M. Lupinski, 31, of Ballston Spa, is accused of stealing more than $3,000 from an account holder at a local financial institution on June 3.
