GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) — An affordable furniture store will soon make a home in Crossgates Mall in Guilderland. Ashley Furniture is set to open in spring 2026.

The showroom will be located on the shopping center’s lower level, next to Crunch Fitness. The main entrance will be accessible from outside on the Western Avenue side of the center and on the inside near Zara.
Ashley Furniture has more than 1,000 locations across North America, Asia and Central America. Its offerings include affordable living room and bedroom essentials, such as mattresses, dining and home decor.
Its showroom in Crossgates will be owned and operated by local company Old Brick Furniture & Mattress. The location will mark the first Ashley store in the Albany area.
