ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. (WNYT) – A local man has been killed in a crash on the Thruway in Rockland County.
State Police said troopers responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle around 4:40 a.m. in the town of Clarkson.
Police said Bravo Nondo, 45, was traveling south on the Thruway near Exit 14. Nondo stopped for an unknown reason on the acceleration ramp, got out and walked to the rear of his vehicle…
