Four New York Army National Guard aviation companies now have new commanders.
Capt. John Anderton, of Niskayuna, assumed command of Alpha Company of the 3rd Battalion, 142nd Attack Helicopter Battalion during a ceremony at the Army Aviation Support Facility 3, near the Albany International Airport.
