ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- NewsChannel 13 has learned the attorney representing Lorenz Kraus filed a motion on Friday with Albany County Court to have an interview Kraus did with a local news outlet suppressed.
Kraus was charged with murdering his parents then burying their bodies in the backyard of their home on Crestwood Court in Albany. He is also alleged to have collected his parents Social Security money over an eight year period.
Kraus went on a local news station and confessed to the crimes. Public Defender, Rebekah Sokol, says she does not have any further comment on the motion she filed…
