CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10)– On Monday, a Clifton Park man admitted to raping a minor he sold cannabis to back in July. According to the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office, 32-year-old Corey Brierley pleaded guilty to a third degree rape charge.

Officials said an investigation into Brierley began days before he was arrested.
An investigation began on July 22 when state police received reports that he reportedly met with two minors in Stillwater the day before to give them cannabis. Investigators then determined he reportedly had sexual intercourse with one of the minors in Clifton Park, hours before meeting in Stillwater.
He was arrested on July 31 and charged with third-degree rape, third-degree sexual abuse, third-degree criminal sale of cannabis and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child…
