Roads expected to ice over Sunday evening in Capital Region, Hudson Valley

ALBANY — Bouts of freezing rain between Sunday evening and early Monday morning could create slippery conditions on roadways in eastern New York.

The ice is expected to develop around 6 p.m. across a wide area, including the greater Capital Region and portions of the Hudson Valley, according to meteorologist Brian Frugis of the National Weather Service in Albany.
