Defense attorney in Albany faces jail for witness tampering in murder trial

ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- An Albany defense attorney is facing charges for allegedly sharing confidential witness information in a homicide trial.

New York State Attorney General Letitia James said the trial involved the January 2021 gang-related murder of 32-year-old Shanita Thomas.
