Authorities have identified the man accused of stealing a Schoharie County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle.
36-year-old James Phillips of Central Bridge was arraigned in court Tuesday night and is now facing several charges in three different jurisdictions. Phillips has pleaded not guilty to all charges and will have to answer for his alleged actions in court.
