Albany, NY (WRGB) — A Schenectady man, 41-year-old Hector Gomez has pled guilty to Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree after a terrifying incident at an Albany bar.
Gomez is expected to be sentenced to 8 – 12 years in state prison.
