ALBANY — The University at Albany has switched to a new food service provider, partly because it will offer tech-free dining areas to encourage students to interact.
UAlbany’s contract with Sodexo, its food service provider since 2013, expired at the end of the year. The university asked for bids, and chose Aramark, which took over on Jan. 1.
