WRGB Studios-Schenectady, NY — In a movement that started more than a decade ago, downtown Schenectady is expected to feature a grocery store by the end of the year.
Electric City Community Grocery, at one point also known as Electric City Food Co-op, signed a lease on Friday to transform Schenectady’s rehabilitated Wedgeway Building, turning it into a 15,000-square-foot grocery store.
