SARATOGA, NY — Two men face burglary and larceny charges after allegedly breaking into a home and stealing a rifle.
Joseph R. Briggs, 43, of Johnsonville, and Michael D. Briggs, 49, of Buskirk, were charged Dec. 26 with burglary in the 2nd degree, a class C felony, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Both men also face charges of grand larceny in the 4th degree and conspiracy in the 4th degree, both class E felonies…
