ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Bloom Boutique Bar & Eatery is getting ready to open in Albany. The restaurant is set to open on Tuesday, January 13 in the The Rise | Midtown Square at 563 New Scotland Avenue.

Bloom is from the owners of City Line Bar & Grill in Albany. The restaurant has been in development since at least 2024, when it was first announced.
The Rise is owned by Jankow Companies. Other retail tenants include USPS, Bombshell Hair & Beauty Studio, Frank Gallo & Son Florist and PrimoHoagies.

The Bloom grand opening menu features dishes such as Crab Rangoon Dip, Philly Steak Meatballs, Cuban Bao, Grilled Chicken Panini, Shrimp Tacos, Chicken Katsu, NY Strip, and more. You can view the menu on the Bloom website.
The restaurant will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for brunch and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for brunch. You can make reservations on the Toast website…
